What is a Launch Team?

This will be an enthusiastic group of 10-30 people who help make my book succeed at publication. Together, we will brainstorm ways to get the word out beyond our circle of friends.

Do you have a superpower? I need it. I Really, Really need it. Do you have quirky ideas for marketing? Are you an email, Facebook or other social media fanatic? Do you like making video reviews for Amazon? Do you or a friend blog or pod cast? Can you make artistic memes? Do you have a friend who needs to be on our launch team?

This process will take a couple months before and after the publish date. The work should not be too time consuming unless you just want to do more.

Why Join a Team?

What do you get for participating? We get to spread God’s Word in an exciting way!

  • You will have access to the private group of team members.
  • We will learn promotion and marketing a worthwhile product.
  • It will be a fun opportunity to make a difference in a group.
  • Oh My! There will be occasional surprises along the way.
  • Help plan and participate in the LAUNCH DAY PARTY!
  • Have your name printed in the book as part of my superb Launch Team.

What Will You Do?

A few months before the publication date:

  • Join online, in chats, and in person to plan a successful marketing strategy.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to determine how best to get the word out about the book.
  • Participate in group activities to promote the book.
  • Share information with your circle of friends through social media, email, or snail mail. We will produce these items throughout the launch.
  • Our goal is to get people outside my social circle to become excited about the book.

After the Publication Day:

  • Purchase the book on Amazon. The eBook and paper copy will have reduced prices the week after publication. **This job is VERY IMPORTANT to boost the rating numbers, as Amazon really likes verified purchases.** If you do nothing else, please do this.
  • Repeatedly search for my book on Amazon. I will provide some key word phrases. Amazon will use these to place my book higher on the list.
  • You need to read the book within the next month.
  • Write an honest review on Amazon (good or bad). Post reviews on other websites that sell my book (I will provide links).
  • Send out more reminders and notes to your social groups to promote the book.

This process will take a several months before and a couple after the publish date. The work should not be too time consuming unless you just want to do more. Again, I  appreciate all the help I can get!

On the date of publication, WE WILL  HAVE A PARTY! We need to plan that event too.
